Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we email your order number. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if payment cannot be verified; in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change, but never for an order already placed.
Stock and availability
Stock levels shown on product pages are updated as orders are placed. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you with an equivalent option or refund you in full.
Warranty
All products are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are honoured by the manufacturer or its authorised service centres; we will help you reach them.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — email info@brownpulsecamera.comwith your order number. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
