What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• Order details: shipping address, order contents, totals and order status.
• Cart contents, which are stored only in your own browser until you start checkout.

Payment details

Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout page and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We retain only a payment reference and the payment status so we can match a payment to your order.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship your order, to answer your enquiries, to show you your own order history, and to meet accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Storage and access

Data is stored in our managed database with row-level access rules: you can read only your own profile and your own orders. Store staff with an admin account can see orders in order to fulfil them.

Your rights

Email info@brownpulsecamera.com to access, correct, export or delete your data. We respond within 30 days. Order records required for tax purposes are retained for seven years in a restricted archive.
